Format: IMRAD with Abstract
Each submission should be full papers (12 to 15 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format).
All papers must be written in English.
There should not be any concerns about the quality of language and integrity of the work undertaken.
All communications will be made only to the corresponding author.

In the spirit of open science, we encourage authors to provide access to their raw data, code, software and other types of scholarship for reuse, with the support of Springer Nature's figshare repository. The following are previous examples: Euro-Par, TACAS, ISWC, and ECML PKDD.
Authors should consult Springer’s Instructions for Authors of Proceedings and use either the LaTeX or the Word templates provided on the authors’ page, for the preparation of their papers.

As the reviewing is not blinded, papers should can include the authors' names and affiliations.
Acknowledgments of funding or assistance should be omitted. Submissions that do not conform to these requirements will be rejected without review. Separate author identification information is required as part of the online submission process.
Each submission will be peer reviewed by at least 2 members, from the Programme Committee. The final recommendations are made based on the scoring and feedback received via peer review process.
All accepted papers must be presented at the MedInfo25 workshop to appear in the proceedings.
At least one author of each accepted paper must register .
Accepted papers will be presented orally .
